The author uses real diagnosis research, personnel Interviews, system analysis and design as well as predetermined plan conception method, consults have been massive now the achievements inspection aspect theory and the practice literature, carefully has studied the correlation enterprise's case, has made the long time enterprise and the personnel investigation and asks the volume, to Y.K.Port project supervising consultant L.Cd's organizations and agencies, the personnel present situation, the interior and the external environment and the movement system has also done the quite detailed investigation and study. After half year preparation and to the achievements inspection system research, and practices two aspects from the theory to obtain, the author through the analysis question, found the problem and solves the problem, further conducts the renewal research to the original system, has improved the inspection goal and the content, has chosen the work responsibility and the work flow, has established the new inspection standard, the method, the application and the result reduction, the flow arrangement, formulated a set to suit to the Y.K.Port project supervising consultant L.Cd oversees the new inspection system which the service needed, enhanced the organization the achievements. In the practice, still needs further consummates and the improvement inspection system; At the same time, hoped through this topic research, can widen the same business the mentality, enhances these enterprises the whole competitive ability.
