The performance optimization of enterprise is the ultimate goal of performance management, in enterprise management, the following questions need to be solved: First, managers have fixed view on optimize the performance of staff that poor performance when the staff lack knowledge and skills to meet the job requirements, it is necessary to solve through professional training. Secondly, personal factor is the main problem caused the performance lowly, and performance management system in accordance with the solution to the current performance can be a problem, but not suit to the prediction problem. These two views constrained the managers thought severely. As a innovation in performance optimization to this problem, this article broke through the traditional concept of performance management, using coaching technology for enterprise staff to optimize their performance, and broadens the scope of the application of coaching techniques.In this paper, via empirical analysis, using SPSS frequency analysis, summed up the problems of company M in optimize performance. Through the attempt of the new method - Business Coaching to optimize the performance, business coach can using a specific methods—coaching models to matching of staff development and performance optimization together. that is, for different development phase of the employees there is one way the coach to lead the staff to optimize performance, it can help staff to creative thinking and enhance their psychological and conducive to long-term learning and upgrading. In this study, four main conclusions reached, that is, a larger space for business coach technology to optimize the staff performance in company; professional training is required for managers to coach staff performance; the key point of optimize the performance is corresponding; coach is an incentive way for staff.
