Nowadays,there are many small and medium-sized enterprises in our country,the model of industrial development is flexible and the ability to adapt to the market is strong.It has great flexibility,which makes many small and medium-sized enterprises develop rapidly.However,fast development will inevitably lead to some problems.Many small and medium-sized enterprises are facing such problems such as short development cycle and weak ability of sustainable development.Few enterprises can make great progress.At present,small and medium enterprises that grow longer than ten years only account for 10% of J province.With the fierce financial crisis and market competition,small and medium-sized private enterprises should change their inherent development mode and seek sustainable development.And the beginning of enterprise transformation is the need to transform the human resources of enterprises.Enterprise coaches as a new management technology,the development time at home and abroad is not long,and the current academic practice of corporate coaches in the enterprise and promote the research results are very lacking.At the same time the United States AT & T,IBM and other companies on the success of corporate coaching,showing the life of corporate coaches and vitality,since the corporate coaches in the enterprise application research has gradually become a hot topic of academic research,based on this article on corporate coaches In the enterprise application and promotion of research,mainly divided into four most:First of all,the introduction,in this chapter describes the background of this study,corporate coaches at home and abroad research status,the research methods and ideas,the innovation of this study;Second,the basic concepts and related theoretical overview.In these two chapters,the basic concepts of corporate coaches,the core and source of corporate coaches are introduced,the differences between corporate coaches and other related concepts are introduced,and several steps of enterprise coaching are introduced.Again,given the Z company related to the description of the business coach in the implementation of the obstacles encountered and how enterprises in the Z enterprise application and advance.Combined with the Z company to carry out the situation,from the introduction of the program to develop,start,implementation and consequences of the application of research and promote research;analysis of corporate coaches in the enterprise application and advancement deficiencies.Combined with the research results,pointed out that the application of corporate coaches in the enterprise mainly the concept of backward,weak;high-level enterprise support efforts need to improve;coaching ability and technology to be improved;supporting institutional mechanisms such as imperfect construction;Clear the objectives of the enterprise planning,the establishment of the concept of people,implantation of coaching culture,enhance the ability to coach,improve the system and institutional mechanisms in several areas put forward specific recommendations.Finally,the paper summarizes the research results and points out the shortcomings in the research and looks forward to the future.
