Energy provides a strong foundation for human physical activity, and the progress of human can not without energy development and utilization of energy technology progress. Energy is the the basic forceof the whole world development and economic growth , is the foundation of human survival. World energy became the focus of the world after the oil crisis erupted in 1970s. Oil as the blood of the industry in today's world is still the most important energy, but in recent years, the rapid development of natural gas resources is changing the prospects of energy.As an energy superpower, Russian using energy as the resource of diplomacy has made good progress. With oil prices in the international market continues to rise, energy diplomacy will become an important diplomatic tool of Russia to achieve economic growth and development in diplomatic space.On one hand, Russia increased the energy of exports to improve the international energy market position, to earn full of foreign exchange, to ease the domestic economic crisis for domestic economic recovery. Energy diplomacy becomes the significant method of promoting national economic recovery, participating in the world economic system, maintaining and improving geopolitical effects of international environment of diplomacy.This paper will be divided into the following four parts:First, introduction.
