Changsha City Industrial Land Intensive Use

In this paper, through the expansion of industrial land as well as the speed and scale of existing problems of Changsha, from the study of the meaning Urban land intensive use, the intensive use of industrial land and it's potential for theoretical evaluation was made more elaborate in-depth studies and to evaluate the industrial land intensive use of the potential of the situation, and by reviewing relevant research at home and abroad, to build development intensity indicators of industrial land of Changsha, with a view to improve the intensive use level and provide a theoretical basis and reference of land for Changsha.In this paper, the first concern of the Institute, outlining the background to the study, significance and related research in the field of domestic and international status. Then, recalling the intensive use of urban land-related basic theories, based on the detailed use of industrial land-intensive content, impact factors, and introduces the potential for intensive use of urban land evaluation of the content.Then, An Empirical Study of Land Use conditions for Changsha, refer to the standards and research results, the establishment of industrial land use potential of intensive evaluation of models and indicators, building industrial land classification to quantify the potential for system-level analysis method with weights of indicators, using multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the city's industrial land-use potential of the intensive.Evaluation of the potential on the basis of the article on industrial land in Changsha of the development indicator system conducted in-depth study with reference to the relevant urban indicators system at home and abroad, through the four stages of the development of the index system of industrial land of Changsha, the article put forward a index system of industrial land sub-sector, sub-regional control, and easy to operate from the point of view of indicators of land-use planning and indicators to fit. Finally , based on the above analysis , planning techniques from optimization, implementation and management of plans to improve the system of policies and supporting the establishment of the three aspects of potential development and intensive use related policies and measures.There are six chapters in the article. The first chapter is introduction, research background and meaning are narrated in this chapter,then the summarization of land intensive use in domestic and overseas is recounted,the research way,research content,the research frame and structure of paper are introduced.ChapterⅡ, Introduce the area's natural conditions, economic development, industrial development and land use conditions were studied.ChapterⅢ,analyses the factors that influence land intensive use, and then establishes classification and quantification system and reaches the macroscopic rank of industrial land intensive use potentiality in Changsha industy.ChapterⅣ, the preparation of indicator system conducted in-depth research of the industrial land. ChapterⅤ, the main summary of the main conclusions of this study, and gives the corresponding policy recommendations.Chapter VI sets out the conclusions, the research and innovation and the need for further examination.
