Study On Land Intensive Use In Process Of Urbanization

With the acceleration of urbanization, city development demands for more and more land. For the shortage of land resource and the entry into urbanization phase of our country, the pace of urban development along with expansion of using land is rapid. Therefore, it is of great significance to study on urban land intensive use no matter from the view of land use resource protection, land scicence protection or that of reasonable configuration in urban development and urban land. Many departments realize the importance of landintensive use. Study on urban land intensive use potentiality is helpful to the developmentof land use theory and land use practice.This paper analyzes the necessity of land intensive use on the basis of land use feature in the process of urbanization. It puts the idea that land intensive use provide the basic for city substainal development. Among them, there exist four factors effected land intensive use, which enlarge research, later theory structure and scientific premise basis for later deepen research, later theory structure and scientific establishment of urban land intensive use, thus ensuring logic integrity, systematic nature and concept content coherence of research system in this paper.There are six chapters in the article. The fast Chapter is introduction, research background and meaning are narrated in this chapter, then the research way and structure of paper are introduced. The basic theories related with land intensive use in the process of urbanization are looked backed in the second chapter.
