Early Warning System Of Residential Products, Customer Satisfaction Research

In an increasingly competitive market, the customer satisfaction has been the pursuit of the goal of every enterprise .In fact, the degree of customer satisfaction (CS) not only reflects the consumer to enterprise's satisfactory situation, but also, to a great extent manages, has the early warning function to formulate strategy to enterprises, which is more and more obvious.However, we have studied less. In view of this, in order to research how to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen enterprise's early warining, the paper conducted an in-depth study on building customer satisfaction model with early warning function.In conjunction with the degree of CS theory, the marketing management theory and the enterprise early warning management theory, the paper analyzed connotation of degree of CS and early warning system.And above this foundation, through the theory analysis and the real diagnosis, it proposed a set of effective methods for evaluating the status of CS and couducted an early warning system for CS.This paper can be divided into four parts: firstly , it expounded the purpose and significance of the research, and introduced present research status and trend home and abroad, and then, put forward the main content and research methods; secondly, according to the early warning system design theory,conducted the degree of CS early warning system, which included the design of early warning indicators of CS, the index weight of the method, the value of early warning assessment method of calculation errors and the control of view. Then it disclosed principles for designing questionnaire, capability of samples and reliability of data in practice.Finally, through the sample of SL residential area, it demonstrated the early warning model, discussed some early control countermeasure and crisismanagement of enterprise for customer satisfaction.
