Management Innovation refers to redefining a suitable management mode or way to improve the enterprise's competition capability as well as drive the long-term development of the enterprise when the external environment, the enterprise resource and its structure have changed, in order to enable the enterprise to survive and develop smoothly in the fierce market. The subject of management renovation is put forward in the historical condition of diversification of tobacco industry and further reform of investing enterprises. In Oct. 2006 when the Diversified Investment Management Work Conference of National Tobacco Industry was opened in Beijing, an onrushing tide of checking-up and rectification for diversified investing enterprises had been raised among the tobacco companies of various provinces (municipalities), in order to implement China National Tobacco Corporation's guidelines of "stringent control on increment, activating existing stock, enhancing management and improving benefit" and "keeping fit to become healthy". Furong Corporation, as the share-holding company to be reserved by China Tobacco Hunan Industrial Corporation, will continue its operation on the basis of assets reorganization, property reorganization, organization reconstruction and human resource reorganization. Taking into account the significant variation of external and internal environment of Furong Corporation, how to utilize management renovation manner to break through and rebuild enterprise's organization routine in order to engage with new environment, improve enterprise's self-surviving capacity and realize positive development, will become a serious subject to the Corporation.I, considering that, try to use the theoretical knowledge with respect to management innovation combined with concept in relation to evolutionary economics taking into account the proceeding reconstruction work of my company, in order to implement management innovation work of the company, rebuild the organization routine of the company, enable Furong to be seasoned with internal and external environment variations, improve the operational efficiency of and create the core competence for the company, through a series of innovation manners including improvement of Furong's legal person management structure and its operation mechanism, setup of common will, reconstruction of business flow and fosterage of innovative enterprise culture etc.
