Enterprise Open Integration And Innovation Performance Influencing Factors

Open integrative innovation is an effective way to break the enterprises' technique bottleneck through corperating and integrating the resourses in and out of the enterprises themselves, it is also the chief measure to establish the core competitive power of China.Focusing on the subject of influencing factors of open integrative innovation, this paper groped for the relationships between these factors and the performance of open integrative innovation. The whole paper is divided into three sections: theoretical discussion, empirical research and study conclusion.In the section of theoretical discusstion, based on the research of key successful factors of innovation and the present situation of open integrative innovation in China, the paper formed the dominate directing idea and put forward the corresponding theory hypothesisi and research model.In the second part, by questionnaire investigation among more than 100 enterprises and quantitative analysis of the results, the author conclusdes totally 12 factors that influence the open integrative innovation in terms of enterprise integrative capability, external sourse of innovation, relationships of enterprises and it's external innovation sourses, risk environments. And then through regression analysis we found the key influencing factors of the open integrative innovation: technical integrative capacity, strategy integrated capacity, external innovation sourses, the attribute of external innovation sourses, Partnership and risk mechanism.In the last section, the paper made explanation of the research result and advices on improving the performance of open integrative innovation activities of enterprises in China.
