Although the JD software company has advantages of Technology, Products, Financial and Personnel strengths and get success in the market, it is an important thing for the JD to have a breakthrough in a changing market environment. Under such circumstances, this paper discusses the external environment and internal environment which the JD software company is facing now, and found out JD's strategy which did not match its strength, and these factors bring JD Company to its bottlenecks. On the basis of analysis of the strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and challenges about JD company, this paper analysis the JD software company's position in the value chain . So the manufacturing industries, the real estate industry, financial industry, the trade industry and government were be selected in this paper as the JD's goal market segments, and would give analysis of JD's current products, combined with JD's 4P situation. Finally come to the conclusion of the JD's marketing strategy, and continued control and adjust actions would be combined with the practice.Firstly, the paper reviewed the theories and the researches which relate to the software companies marketing, and then give the question, at last get the empirical research of the JD Company. Secondly, the paper studies the JD company's marketing management activities, makes the concluding, the analysis of environmental and selecting of the market are the basis of winning, the implementation and adjust in the marketing strategy of enterprises is a critical thing.
