Under the condition of Information Economy, Blog is a new kind of product and new industrial form. It's about five years since blog first bring into china on large scale. According to The report of China blog Survey issued by CNNIC, up to the bottom of August,2006, chinese blogger amount to 17.5million, including nearly 7.7million active blogger. As a tool, blog has immense business value hidden by it's characteristics, such as timely, inter-active, the broad and depth of blog content. Although blog faces problems about law, moral, and culture, it will become another interest point of Internet after message and game. From this condition, the paper discussed blg's merchandise attribute,value theory, pring, and income distribution mechanism.Whether blog can realy becomes commodity mainly depends on the relationship between blogger and BSP, techincal means and measures provided by BSP.Blog's usage value belongs to blog's inner attribute, and it is users'subjective feeling through the process of consumption. Blog's value belongs to blog's outer character, and it can be embodied and marked by price. Inner and outer character become value entia by inter-relay and inter-active.When exchange value precisely reflects value and usage value, the exploit and use of blog are in good state. Blog have function value and business value, and the business value need further exploited. The"Notice resources"loaded by blog is society's immense fortune. If this fortune can be efficiently leaded, exploited, and used, it can bring about tremendous business value. This kind of value not come from blog itself, but from the new value chain resulted by blog's business practise. As to the pricing of blog, this paper think the confirm of price related to not only the cost and revenue, but also hit flux. This quantity doesn't have affirmative relationship with cost, but revenue does. The dot quantity also have relation with the reputation of author and website, the quality of blog, and the carefulness of users. To blogs with small hit flux, the cost is certain, but nearly have no revenue, so the price should be negative. To blogs with large hit flux, the cost is certain, and the revenue is considerable, so the price should be affirmative. The confirm of blog's revenue allocation mechanism relates to the proportion of producing elements, the contribution of value creation, and value chain, etc.
