Japan World Expo Operational Mode And Its Impact Study

The World Exposition is a wonderful showcase for participating countries to display their achievements in social,economic,technological,as well as cultural development.In 2008,Beijing held the Olympic Games successfully.It raised the international status of China.And The World Exposition will be hold in Shanghai in 2010.China is becoming the center of the World again.The Exhibition Industry is developing quickly in China.But the related research is comparatively backward.This paper researchs the running rules,the administrative structure,the pavilion planning and the exhibition marketing,the site management,the human resources management of Expo 70 and Expo 2005,induces the administrative model of Japanese Exposition.I hope the research will provide ready guidance for Expo 2010.This paper is composed of 5 parts altogether.The first part is preface.Backgrounds and difficults of research problems are introduced particularly in the preface.The second part is chaper 1;it introduces Expo 70 and Expo 2005.The third part is chaper 2,and is the most important part of the paper.In chaper 2,the author researchs the running rules, the administrative structure,the pavilion planning and the exhibition marketing,the site management,the human resources management of Expo 70 and Expo 2005.Chaper 3 is the forth part of the paper;it analyzes the effects of Expo 70 and Expo 2005.In the last part,the author concludes the the administrative model of Japanese Exposition above the research in the forth part.
