The Analysis, Based On Corporate Social Responsibility Of The Characteristics Of Behavioral Differences

Corporate social responsibility is one of the key issues analyzed by scholars all over the word since the 20th Century and overwhelm argued by experts and scholars both in the academic and business fields.Nowadays,most of them have agreed with taking the corporate social responsibility positively.However,with the fast development of global economy,the problems of corporate social responsibility have increasingly come out,and effected more other related issues.Thus conducting deep research on corporate social responsibility has become the common expectation both in the academic and business fields.This paper analyses the concept and connotation of corporate social responsibility, and its difference research based on the national and foreign literature review,and conducts empirical research by applying five hundred and fifty eight corporates with difference characteristics from Shanghai Pudong district in order to get the result of whether there is any difference on corporate social responsibility behavior because of the difference of five corporate characteristics including corporate type,listed or non-listed corporate,corporate scale,corporate development phase or corporate industry.Moreover,this paper brings forward relevant recommendations based on the empirical research results and provides some constructive suggestions so as to improve the importance and practice of corporate social responsibility for corporate.
