With the end of five-year transition period after China's entry into WTO, services industries, as well as the financial market in China, have been fully opened since December 11, 2006. Financial industry under control of national government has developed greatly well under the policy of Reform and Open. From 2001 to 2006, financial industry had been preparing for the fully open to the world. At present, there will be a lot more problems exposed to the risks. How to resolve these problems and propose for its healthy development will be our nation's main work. The key point of this article is to analyze the disadvantages of our country's financial industry, and to give some advice for it future development in the fierce competition.
