The food, which is necessity of human being, is closely linked with subsistence and development of human beings. Therefore, food security is so important. With the development of society and economy, government and society pay more attention to the issue of organic food. Developing organic food industry is also on the agenda. Developing organic food industry is an important measure to establish relationship between man and nature in harmony, to promote the development of production, an affluent life and a favorable ecological environment of civilization.This thesis employs the basic theory of marketing, illustrates the marketing environment of LHC organic food supermarket chain, analyzes the features of supermarket chain with SWOT, nails down the advantages and disadvantages of the LHC organic food supermarket chain, the challenges and threatens of organic food supermarket chain. The thesis figures out the segment market of LHC supermarket chain, target market and market positioning with the theory of STP, and then raises the marketing strategy of LHC supermarket chain, which substantially includes product strategy, price strategy, sales promotion strategy and service strategy.At last, the thesis analyzes the operation strategy and implement and support strategy of LHC organic food supermarket chain. The strategies substantially include strategy of setting up shop, supply chain management, construction of workforce, storefront design, construction of information management system and marketing strategy, etc. At last, this paper's research result in the market positioning, marketing target and marketing strategy will give some reference to the development of LHC organic food supermarket chain. 1 hope these suggestions will help the healthy and rapid development of our national organic food industry.
