People's consumption of mutton food is increasing with the improvement of living standards.Moreover,the emergence of food safety issues has led to higher requirements for food quality.Consumers are willing to pay higher value to pay for healthy food.Ujimubi organic lamb products are satisfying the characteristics of healthy foods and cater to consumer demand,and have certain development prospects.Ujimu mutton is popular among consumers for its fresh taste,rich in nutritive value and green organic.As a local enterprise of West Ujimqin banner,the Qinlv meat food company is slaughtering,processing,producing and selling Ujimqin local cattle and sheep.The marketing status of its mutton products is representative of the marketing status of Ujimqin 's organic mutton.This article starts from the unique resources of the company-high-quality Ujimqin organic mutton products,analyzes the current situation of enterprise marketing,and aims at how to optimize marketing strategies.Firstly,it summarizes the macro environment and micro environment of Ujimqin 's organic mutton marketing,and SWOT analysis method is used to help enterprises to make full use of their advantages and avoid disadvantages.Secondly,STP analysis and positioning diamond model are used to clarify enterprise positioning.Finally,some Suggestions are put forward to optimize the marketing mix.Above comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that although Ujimqin organic mutton has product advantages,it faces many problems such as serious homogenization of mutton products,low added value of products,and single marketing channel.It is recommended that enterprises rely on the quality advantages of organic mutton.Innovate product types,develop various marketing channels such as network marketing,improve brand competitiveness,and form differentiated marketing strategies.The purpose is to alleviate existing marketing problems,help enterprises achieve sustainable development,and promote Ujimqin organic lamb brand Development.
