In recent years, human resource management is paid more attention to by enterprises and society, meanwhile, work analysis is also becoming a issue concerned by enterprises. Presently, work analysis has not been highly recognized and many administrators consider it as burden, suffering or even as nonsense, which, on one hand, reflect people's lack of understanding of work analysis theory and technology, on the other hand, disclose some difficulties and obstacles when people put methods of work analysis into entrepreneurial practice.In fast changing working environment, new works are continuously emerging, and old works need to redesign. Work analysis is favorable to organization observing undergoing changes happened in environment. In such circumstances, a proper work analysis system is of utmost importance. What's more, work analysis data has great effect on every respect of human resource management, on account that understand merely the quantity of employees in organization is insufficient, clear understanding of knowledge, skills and competence every work demands is indispensable.Combined with author's working experience, this article is aimed at researching on how to use the work analysis theory and method, specifically in GTE, short for Gas Turbine Establishment of China to help design program in terms of human resource management for employees. The article firstly, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the organization background, development strategy, and the state and problems of human resources concerning GTE. Then with the management of human resources in GTE'office carries on in-depth research on organization setting, major business process and post setting of the GTE's office by using analysis method, investigation questionnaires and conversational method in work analysis.the author hopes to improve H&R exploration and management in GTE in order to create a good administration environment for GTE's development.
