The Entrepreneurial Nature Of The Work The International Comparative Research And Enlightenment

In this article, domestic and foreign researches on the nature of entrepreneurial work and its international comparison are tidied up systematically, and current main research results of theory circle are presented logically, according to a scientific framework. On the basis of a clear research stream, by literature analyzing, reviewing and logical reasoning, the international comparison model of the nature of entrepreneurial work is put forward originally for the first time. In this model, I put forward six aspects, which are natures of knowledge, power, and flexible arrangement of working time, innovation, personal relationship network and resource of information, to compare the work nature of Chinese, American and Japanese entrepreneurs. Based on the analysis of influence factors of entrepreneurial nature in different countries and the foundation of the models of every entrepreneurial nature, the differences of entrepreneurial nature of Chinese, American and Japanese entrepreneurs educed. After international comparison for every entrepreneurial nature, the characteristics of nature of American and Japanese entrepreneurial work can be educed. Based on deep analysis of advantages of the nature of American and Japanese entrepreneurial work, and combined with the situation of China and Chinese entrepreneur, implications can be gained for Chinese entrepreneur.
