Analysis Of Nanxi County, The Development Of Modern Agriculture Path

In the Eleventh Five-Year plan, It is an important and historical mission to develop morden agriculture and build a new socialist countryside. Nanxi is a traditional agricultural county where the agriculture accounts for a larger proportion of GNP. however, the overall agriculture development level is not very high and traditional agricultural production is dominant. All of these lead to a series of problems, such as lower benefit of agricultural products , deterioration of ecological environment in the countryside and slow growth of farmers' income. Hence, the most pressing and important things is which method we should choose to develop the morden agriculture of Nanxi county. This paper is based the former research. According to the purpose of the study, First of all, traditional agriculture and modern agriculture are compared theoretically and the basic characteristics of modern agriculture and evaluation criteria are analyzed, According to the actual situation of Nanxi agriculture, the paper studies some constraint of modern agricultural development. The domestic and international experiences of modern agricultural development are summarized, as a reference to Nanxi County.Secondly, according to the reality of Nanxi county, the paper put forward six development paths of Nanxi modern agriculture including ideas, efficiency, intensivism,organization, market and ecology path. Then the measures are analyzed to guarantee the implementation of these paths. In the end, the study chooses dried bean curd and white goose as case to study. In this paper, the author analyzes how to choose proper way to develop the two competitive industries and demote the morden agricultrure in Nanxi.
