The Study On Modern Agriculture Construction And Path

China’s agriculture is in the period of transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, and accelerating the development of modern agriculture has become the consensus. But China’s agricultural infrastructure is still weak, the agricultural technology level is not high, and differences exist in various areas. That means the development of modern agriculture cannot be at the same pace, some areas must take the lead, and explore development ideas, mode and experiences. Therefore, the state modern agriculture demonstration areas come into being, the purpose of which is to seek a breakthrough, and then push forward the development of modern agriculture. What is the state of the development of demonstration areas? What experiences have they got? What mode can be extended? What choice of route can they provide? These questions need further study, in order to obtain the right answer.This paper starts from the current features of the development of modern agriculture of China, analyzes the challenges of agricultural development, and put forward the realistic foundation for the development of modern agriculture of our country. On the basis of analysis on the main factors influencing the development of modern agriculture, this paper makes analysis on the particularity of our country in terms of various factors, and these factors play a decisive role in the making of mode and path of modern agricultural development.With the above understanding, this paper sorts out the data of some demonstration areas, and makes it the basis of analysis. By using the mathematical analysis method and SPSS software, the paper makes static and dynamic analysis on the indicators of related demonstration areas. By the method of factor analysis, this paper makes comparison of the development status of30demonstration areas, and finds the difference between demonstration areas and the geographical features. Through regression analysis, this paper makes estimation on the development of13demonstration areas, it finds that there is big difference of development speed in different areas, and at the current speed, some indicators will not reach the requirements.This paper makes qualitative analysis on the practices of five demonstration areas from the point of view of natural conditions, policy measures and main methods, and sums up the experience and makes some conclusion on the path of modern agriculture construction. This paper concludes, Yutian County in the eastern region builds agricultural production and processing base. With the function of inputs and alternative role, they carried through the restructure of agriculture, and improved the agricultural facilities, standardization and industrialization level. In Tiandong County in the western region, the government has played a great role. They carry out rural financial reform as a breakthrough, and promote the farmers to develop modern agriculture. Meitan County has carried out "rural land reform" as the core of the comprehensive rural reform, promoting the transfer of land and agricultural surplus labor, and gradually achieves a development mode of specialty agriculture development as the core with the combination of large-scale cultivation and industrialization of agriculture.Changsha County in the central region has been promoting rural land transfer, the construction of the industrialization bases, and the agricultural technology and equipment, production scale and output efficiency have been rising rapidly. Zhaodong County in the northeast region promotes land transfer and large scale cooperation, together with the large agricultural machinery and technology, the scale of operation efficiency has been fully tapped. Summarizing the practice of modern agriculture demonstration areas, the paper concludes that industrialization, marketization and ecology orientation are contents of necessary and feasible path of modern agriculture development.There are still some common problems in the promotion of modern agriculture demonstration areas, including problems in land transfer and scale of operation, promotion of agricultural restructuring, science and technology, rural finance and financial investment, on the basis of the analysis of the problem, this paper brings forward recommendations including improving the policy support system, strengthening the integration of resources, speeding up institutional innovation, large scale investments in technology and farmer training and others.
