Based On The Quality Management Of Hsc Supply-side Assessment And Supervision System

With the rapid development of social productive forces and the changes of science and technology day after day, the market is becoming more competitive, which leads to the fact that the quality has become the most fundamental factor of competition for customers in the market. Product quality is controlled at the source, that is, the analyzing and assessing of the product quality of the provider is related to the cultivation and development of the overall competitiveness of the supply chain to which the company belongs, supplier quality management is the key factor to ensure quality of the products. A number of issues relevant to the quality supervision of the products given by the company's suppliers led to the lacking of guarantee of company's product quality. HSC is different from the pure supervision companies (such as MOODY) and is different from pure export trade (Marubeni Itochu), but an company based upon export, and meanwhile to supervise the whole process of the products ordered by itself. The purpose of supervision is not only to ensure the quality of products, but more importantly, is focused on end-users, aimed at the creation of the goodwill of the company.Starting from the quality management, this paper takes the company's suppliers as research object, firstly set up a supply-side evaluating model of HSC Company based upon quality management, and then take a study on the supply-side supervision system.First of all, this paper introduces the definition of the assessment of the supplier, its principles and procedures, then demonstrates the definition of the system of supply-side supervision and the necessary to build a supervision system.Secondly, we use the operations'and mathematical method to build the assessment model of the supplier for HSC Company, which includes the foundation of the modeling, the indexes and criterion instruction of the assessment of the supplier, the evaluation indicators and a feasibility demonstration of the assignment. Consequently, we focus on the system of the supervision of supplier, which includes the conception of supplier supervision system and the premise of while carring out supervision system, and a united supervision system.The supervision system is discussed by three aspects: draw up a plan for supervision system, utilize process method and feedback control system,and the assessment of the results of supervision. Finally, we take the CSST as the supplier of HSC, discuss the CSST by using the model we built and the system assessment of supervision based on this paper, and conclude the case.This paper demonstrates mentioned viewpoints by taking the quality management theory, literature analysis, AHP, mathematical modeling and operations research, etc. The results will give direct guidance to the choice of the supplier and quality supervision, and also will give some benefit to other companies to evaluate supplier and quality supervision.
