Analysis Of The Financial Sector Contribution To Economic Growth In Tibet

Modern economy is a highly monetary and credited financial economy, financial factor penetrate though economy.Along with the deepening awareness of finance,people have found that the financial system plays an increasingly prominent role in the modern economic growth. Finance is a major driving force in modern market economy,not only have been theoretically supported in factor analysis of the modern economic growth,but also have been practically proved in the course of modern economic development.On the base of the relation theory between financial development and economic growth,this paper conducts a fairly comprehensive description and analysis on the economic and financial development status in Tebit Province.Tt shows that Tebit's financial development and economic growth are compatible on the whole,the financial service industry of Tebit Province is increasedly developing,but total financial assets are a bit small,the degree of financial deepening has yet to be deepened.And compared with other coastal provinces and the national average level,there is still great room for development of Tebit's financial service industry.Empirical analysis parts. First,calculate the rate and degree of the financial service sector contributes to economic growth from the perspective of the industrial added value.Although the added value of financial service industry increases rapidly,but the proportion in GDP and in the third industry is not large, analysis from the two aspects of the rate and degree of contribution,the contribution of financial service industry to economic growth is still relatively weak; Then,based on the theory of financial function,analyze the channels and functions of financial industry acting on economic growth,use certain econometric model,we conduct econometric analysis on the relationship between Tebit's financial development and economic growth,study the role of diversified functions acting on the economic growth.Finally,summarize the results of empirical analysis and make recommendations to promote the effective development of Tebit's financial industry: Developing financial service industry as a real modern industry; Placing emphasis on the cultivation of capital markets; Strengthening bank modernization management; Carrying out scientific, flexible and effective financial supervision.
