Modeling And Evaluation Of Regional Core Competitiveness

For economic development, our country planning and development of China's Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, Pudong New Area in Shanghai, Tianjin Binhai New Area as the three comprehensive reform of state-level zone. The development of these regions have become driven backbone of our country's economic rise. In development, the regional core competitiveness is the decisive force of the regional development, so regional core competitiveness study is of great practical significance. In this paper, we use the latest achievements of complex system theory and its research methods to give regional core competitiveness a more comprehensive study. The full text of a whole divided into three main parts.Firstly, in this paper, based on the main theories and concepts of regional core competitiveness were introduced. At the same time introduce from complex system theory, we put forward the concept of regional core competence and analyses the characteristics of it. Even put forward regional core competitiveness with the level characteristics. Explore the level characteristics of its different stages, and then made regional core competitiveness the definition for the development of different stages. Combination of complex systems theory and Thompson's life-cycle theory of region, analyses the regional core competitiveness of the development process. With the work, reveals the regional core competitiveness the development and changes in the inherent mechanism.Secondly, introduce the two most influential model in study of regional core competitiveness .They are IMD regional competitiveness model and Porter's model of regional competitiveness. At the same time, combine the characteristics of china's regional development and systems theory, established a regional core competitiveness evaluation model. Proposed 10 subsystems which made a decision of regional core competitiveness, then gave the further analyzed of its meaning.In the paper, based on the theory of complex systems .We studied regional core competitiveness evaluation methods, and established a regional core competitiveness evaluation index system. Put forward core competitiveness of the regional comprehensive evaluation model which based on the theory of complex systems .Through the network of AHP model for solving it.Finally, set Tianjin Binhai New Area as an example. Using in front of regional core competitiveness model, let Binhai New Area and Pudong New Area with comparative analysis in the core competitiveness. Come to the conclusion of develop Tianjin Binhai New Area that need three develop key points. They are regional industrial development and the accumulation, regional foreign-related capacity, regional financial competitiveness. And from the above three develop aspects, proposed a number of countermeasures to enhance the core competitiveness of Tianjin Binhai New Area.
