Study Of Temporal And Spatial Variation Of Land For Construction Of Shaanxi Province

Shaanxi Province is divided into three regions that are northern Shaanxi,Guanzhong Area and southern Shaanxi.with the economic development of Shaanxi Province, as well as the acceleration of urbanization, the built-up land demand increases rapidly, this study has researched the scale and structure of the three regions, as well as within each region, on the basis of analysis the total amount of built-up land in the last round planning. a scientific basis and some policy recommendations have been given On the rational allocation of built-up land of a new round of planning.There is a analysis and contrast of different types and land-use structure of built-up land in northern Shaanxi,Guanzhong Area and southern Shaanxi, The results show that the built-up land shows regional differences. Then On the basic of analyze the factor's impact to built-up land impact of the three major regions, forecast the scale of built-up land for different regions during the next planning period used three methods that are Trend forecasting,gray prediction model and Regression prediction. the results show that the change of built-up land during the next planning period,the results show that the built-up land variations during planning period of three regional are coincide with their dramatic changes in land use type respectively. Based on the above analysis, built-up land use planning and policy recommendations are given in the next round of planning of different regions, That is, focus on strengthening the potential mining and arranging industrial park to development industrial clusters to promote the intensive and conservation use of land in northern Shaanxi ;it should pay attention to sort rural built-up land out ,enhance the old city transformation and reuse of inefficient idle land in Guanzhong Area; it should adhere to the scientific planning, optimum utilization, rational development of the principle, as well as accord sustainable use of resources and the The establishment of a quality environment in land use, it is also needed to protect cultivated land strictly and reduce built-up land. it should focus on improving the use of land-intensive level in Shaanxi Province overall.
