Urban Children's Medical Security Status And Issues

In recent years, the government has been paying great attention to health care security system. And various measures have been taken to improve the system, and it has made tremendous development. The medical security system has been continuously improved and provided an effective solution to the majority of the people's medical problems .However, compared to the improvement in the adult's health care that of the children has not equally developed. And most of the children can't be protected under the umbrella of the medical system, which affects the health development of the children.By using the children's growth theory, the theory of the changes in family ,the welfare and social security theory and other relevant theories, and by looking up all the children in Luoyang, the article tries to describe and analyze the medical security system for the children and the implementation of the medical security at the urban residences since 2007.The author attempts to find the problems concerning the medical system : the medical security system for the children not to be perfect, most children still outside the system; the main medical security system's pattern is sole, the dynamics is not enough ; Moreover, the thing of government's does is not enough in the aspect. In order to improve the present situation of children's medical security, after having analyzing the provident, the author proposes own constructing: establish the multi-level medical security system for the children ,which is leaded by government ,and the society, the business, the family take part in together.In this paper, there are two specific research methods: firstly, personal interviews are carried out to understand the people's view on the current health care system and what may be the cause of the problems. Secondly, the survey can show us the current situation of the children's medical insurance, and make the further analysis of specific drawbacks possible, then an improved medical insurance system for children will be put forwards by the author.The whole article can be divided into three parts: the first three chapters is the first part of the article concerning the study background, as well as the theoretical basis and the research programs; From the chapter 4 to chapter 5 is the second part of the article .it describes and analyses the results of the investigation, and shows the author's idea of the solution to the problem. The last part consisting of chapter 6 is the conclusion of the paper.
