With the rapid development of Chinese real estate industry, factors which limit the further development of the industry also emerge. Of these factors ,fluxion of workers which has directly led to the enterprising personnel costs and operating costs of the industry, has become the bottleneck to the sustained and healthy development of real estate industry.Factors lead to fluxion of workers staff are various, of which not really achieving suitable employees and lack sense of accomplishment is one of the main factor. As we all know, when the personality of the employee matches the profession, the employee would work initiatively and happily, and they would have high satisfaction and low demission rate. Then where on earth do the property Personality Character and Career Driving Forces exit.The thesis tries to study from the angle of the psychology, with the help of the system designed by the National Personnel Center and the Office of Personnel Assessment and provided by a well-known real estate of Jinan , we will deeply study the Career Driving Forces and Personality Character of the staffs in Management Department and Operation Department of a real estate company.The main results are as follows:1. With the analysis of the data from the research, we will get the Personality Character and Career Driving Forces which match jobs of the staffs in Management Department and Operation Department of a real estate company .2. Where do the differences on the Career Driving Forces and Personality Character between the staffs in Management Department and Operation Department of a real estate company exit.3. Where are the influences on the work efficency and satisfaction caused by Personality Character and Career Driving Forces of the staffs in Management Department and Operation Department of a real estate company.
