Electronic Government Procurement System

The main purpose of this study is to provide a unified cross-platform for government procurement's supervision department, government procurement parties (purchaser, purchasing agents, suppliers), evaluation experts, as well as the leadership and the public on the basis of requirement analysis and design.the study will use the advanced information technology to promote the construction of e-government procurement,the e-operation and e-supervision,and the standardization of all types of fundamental information(including the goods database, the experts database, etc.),and the automation of statistical analysis,standardize the conduct of government procurement, and enhance transparency in government procurement and improve efficiency, enhance the management level, and the full automation of supervision of government procurement and analysis to achieve efficient, standardized, transparent and open.In the design process the scalability of the system will be an important Research direction as the large number of involved roles and the specific business processes and policies may change.we design an application support layer to separate the Specific operating and the system,assemble the needed functional components as an independent modules,and use the workflow technology to adapt to changes in workflow,so changes in the operation process Will not Caused big changes to the system ,ensure that the system is practical and flexible scalability,and so on.In addition, from the standardization point of view, the system also made useful explorations, in the beginning of design we unify all the existing government procurement model in a standard,and formulate various standards,so that wo can storage and retrieval the government procurement data in a unified electronic form .And the system also has reservations with the industry and commerce, taxation and banking systems, as well as the interface can be convenient connect with other systems, to make full use of various resources, and to maximize the social benefits...
