Study On Electronic Government Procurement In T City

With the promulgation of the Law on Government Procurement,a relatively perfect legal system of government procurement has been formed in China,and some achievements have been made in government procurement.At the same time,into the transformation of development in the new period,the economic and social development of our country is experiencing the profound adjustment speed change,transformation of energy construction,to deepen the reform of the government procurement form,improve the purchasing quality and efficiency,strengthening the expenditure control and management,hardening budget constraint government put forward higher requirements,especially in the face of supply side structural reform,public capital and social capital cooperation and a series of new situation,the government procurement system as an important part of public finance system is faced with more severe challenges and difficulties.Taking T city as an example,this paper introduces the status quo and achievements of electronic government procurement in T city.This paper expounds the problems existing in the electronic government procurement of T city,analyzes on the causes of these problems,and puts forward some targeted Suggestions on the electronic government procurement of T City,thus accelerating the process of electronic government procurement of T city continuously.
