This paper tries to use knowledge of management from following areas to discuss what strategy of business developing should be used for RADIALL to increase the comprehensive competence at present. There are two business groups in RADIALL, ADI and TAI. TAI is what RADIALL focus on due that it's critical to increase the business turnover and competence emphasis. While in the TAI group, RF connector business development in Telecommunication area is the key factor for RADIALL to get success in comprehensive competence increase.This paper summarizes the current marketing status of connectors and RF connectors as well. With the analysis of RF connector potential marketing and forecast, and take the main end user: mobile telecommunication equipment market developing into consideration, comes to a conclusion: there is a big potential market for RF connectors. In addition, via analyze the RF connector industry and main RF connector supply companies' competence, to know the competition environment of RADIALL. Then to step into the analysis of RADIALL internal management situation, conclude with the business developing strategy of RADIALL: New products oriented cost reduction leader strategy. After that, base on the analysis of RF connector products and marketing characteristics, to define the target market and objective customers, and using cluster analysis to classify the customers, then make the plan for sales and marketing, manufactory and operation, research and developing, which match the business strategy. Finally, analyze the current organization of RADIALL, suggest the modification, and the matched management system as well.
