Lean Management, It Infrastructure

With the wide application of IT system in the enterprise, people gradually fully understand what the IT infrastructure really is. For the enterprise, IT infrastructure is the foundation of building the competition advantage via the information technology. Nowadays, IT infrastructure is getting larger and more complex while the enterprise needs lower cost and high quality infrastructure services provided by IT infrastructure as soon as possible to meet the dramatic business change, which demand more requirements from IT infrastructure management.The paper firstly induces the theory of the lean management of the IT infrastructure, by originating the concept of IT infrastructure while analyzing the development and the current status of IT infrastructure. Secondly, the advanced management model is founded. This theory includes the thinking of the lean management of IT infrastructure, the principle of the lean management of the infrastructure as well as the model of the lean management of IT infrastructure. Finally we demonstrate it through demonstration study and point out the deficiency of this model.
