The purpose of this paper focuses on the feasibility of the China-Singapore FTA and its trade and investment effects. Through comparing between the current situation of the both countries, using the method of general equilibrium and part equilibrium, on the base of theory analysis for the investment influence of regional economy integration, the author analyzes the trade and investment influences of the FTA. It indicates that if the China-Singapore FTA would be created in the future, Singapore would be the winning part, at the same time whether China can acquire the ware fare is still pending. If the FTA takes the measure of investment liberalization, then the division of both countries would be visible and thus will lead to a win-win situation. So the author makes the following conclusion that if choosing the best way of cooperation, the China-Singapore FTA would be feasible. Some relevant policies are needed including boosting the service trade and investment liberalization on the basis of trade liberalization, creating the relevant policy and coordinating system of the region, adjusting China's investment environment and pushing the Chinese companies going out to take full advantage of the strength of the Singapore's technology.
