Research Of The Trade Policy Of Main Countries Of ASEAN Towards China In The ASEAN Integration Process

ASEAN and China are good neighbors.The official launch of ASEAN Integration in 2015 and the formulating and implementing of China’s strategy of the Belt and Road in 2013 create macroscopic condition for the expansion of the trade cooperation area between China and ASEAN and the trade scale.In considering the influence of countries such as the United States,Japan and the change of ASEAN’s own development conditions,the ASEAN countries is not only to maintain their own national interests,but also seek a balance between the United States,China,Japan and other great power countries.In a great extent,all of this not only result in the constantly change of trade policy of ASFEAN toward China,but also has important influence on the process of ASEAN economic integration.In the foreseeable period,The comprehensive strength of China will constantly strengthen,which will result in the reconstruction of the balance of power in the Asia-pacific region.Then the ASEAN must adjust their trade policies toward China.In the background of the great power game,it is virtually impossible for ASEAN members to form a unified trade policy toward China.It is worthwhile to discuss how to coordinate the trade relationship between China and ASEAN countries in the complicated conditions,which has important strategic significance and economic significance.Under a complex national situation in ASEAN,the ASEAN integration process is difficult to make substantive progress because of obvious differences in the interests of relevant countries.For a long time,political and economic relations between China and ASEAN countries have also led to the obvious difference of the practical basis,adjustment,the evolution,main contents and characteristics of the ASEAN countries trade policy toward China.In view of this,the research which are based on the adjustment of the ASEAN trade policy toward China in the process of ASEAN integration have practical significance on setting corresponding policies to ASEAN members.This part in detail states realistic foundation of the ASEAN trade policy toward China from three parts which are China-ASEAN economic development level and scale of change and its foreign policy toward China.The evolution process ASEAN trade policy toward China is divided into four stages.And then summarizes the characteristics of the ASEAN trade policy toward China from a concrete analysis of Singapore,Malaysia,Vietnam,Myanmar,Thailand,Indonesia’s trade policy toward China.In the last this article discusses the differences of ASEAN trade policy toward China adopting comparative analysis method which are based on the above content.Then the trade cooperation between China and ASEAN the future is discussed and Suggestions are put forward.
