The purpose of this study is a actual survey for successful localization of minor enterprise of Korean in china. From the past, China and Korea are had deep relationship. In the 21 century, the globalization trend in economic has brought borderless investment into the China big market. And the "Korean wave" in China added the good business opportunity to the Korean enterprise. However, recently the Korean enterprises haven' t gotten a stable position, the minor enterprise of Korean. And they more and more close their business in China. The most important problems are that some of them are closing their business illegally and the owner of the company escaped with no responsibility. These problems brought out trouble between two countries.This survey aims at asking why the Korean enterprise couldn' t get their position in china, what are needed that establish a culture of Korean enterprise in china, and what are required of the successful localization for the Korean enterprise.On the surface, generally promotion enterprise is related with economic condition, but in fact, the management and life in foreign country are related with the condition of the foreign culture and society. The business condition of foreign county must bring the exchange or blend of their policy, economic and culture etc. The best way to achieve successful localization strategic is the acculturation with them. But it is usually easily ignored. As the result, it could be make the misunderstanding between two different countries with cultural differences, prejudice and distrust etc.The study result and discovery of this survey are as follows:1. The acculturation process is started from the contact cross-culture, and through the culture shock and period of acculturation, finally arrive making no more misconception.2. The enterprise culture is a window to understand a society and culture, and it can be show us a growth of a modern culture in society. According to time, demand of society and culture requires, and policy change, the enterprise culture is also changed. A multinational enterprise, Acculturation to foreign society and culture is the key to achieve successful localization.3. The analysis of breakdown enterprise says: they didn' t detail prepare any information about Chinese the market survey. As a result, basically they don' t enough to understand Chinese society and culture.4. The analysis of successful enterprise says: they understand what Chinese culture is and how the society is changed. They have made great effort to understand Chinese better than Chinese. Their key point is that understanding Chinese culture, acculturation Chinese culture and society.5. Through this actual survey, successful enterprise must have time of acculturation with cross-culture. And before the localization of business, localized the chief executive officer of enterprise is the first needed.6. The Korean enterprise in china, they still have hope on their business in china.
