Enterprise culture is the core competitiveness of the enterprise's important constituent, is a kind of common values, is a kind of everyone has common sense of mission and sense of responsibility of the organization, is guide enterprises of production and operating activities of behavioral science. In the enterprise management activities now, enterprise culture management haven't cause enterprise managers enough attention, although many large multinational enterprise group in enterprise culture construction have obtained some achievements, but to the enterprise culture research or is in not perfect stage.Since China joined the WTO, China and countries around the world since the trade more frequently, especially China and South Korea's trade and cooperation, Korea and broader two countries in trade and investment has been present fast rising. South Korea and China, the more thorough transnational investment in many fields, the two countries continuously strengthen mutual investment. In China, such as South Korea investment enterprises of South Korea's biggest group samsung electronics and LG and hyundai motor, etc,also very very many Korean and small and medium-sized enterprises are in constant into China. So in transnational investment and operation way and not very smoothly, also have a lot of risk, there are also many failure case, which is the most main aspects of the two countries Korea cultural differences, in cross-cultural management and management and prepare adequately for the Chinese market environment is from its main reasons. Two countries in Korea and enterprise culture has some similarities, it is to suffer "Confucian culture", this paper is the influence of two countries from Korea and probed into the culture of the two countries Korea and the management of enterprise culture, analyzes the benefits of place of the two countries Korea and the formation of enterprise culture, it compares and analyses the process and characteristic of the two countries Korea enterprise culture and thus help for Chinese enterprise management model.Firstly, the paper introduces the related theory of enterprise culture.
