WM is the largest of Retail and Chain Company in Fortune 500, and stands the main status in the market of China. But the market share is lower than it’s expected in China, even some food hygiene issues are exposed by medias, which has broken related law in local.Through analyzing the difference of WM culture in America and China, upon market and social culture environments, firstly, this article has elaborated the history and background of WM with analyzing the significance and circuit of study. Secondly, the original enterprise culture of WM in America is identified, including the management methods and idea that annotates enterprise culture. Utilizing survey online in company and diagnosis of the result, it analyzed the dilemma and urgent problems of WM in China based on the performance in China Market with related theory of enterprise culture. It analyzed that the sequence of thought on localization of enterprise culture with crossing culture theory and organization reforming, on the basis of enterprise vision and development plan.By enhancing enterprise culture, flattening and smoothed organization’s communication from restructure, The localization of enterprise culture would reviewed, especially performance appraisal and people development policy, making people paid close attention with a sense of honor in company, which could be measured with associates engagement, market performance and corporate public image.
