A successful company should be able to develop continuously, for attaining this aim, a company should seek suitable strategy to develop and keep competitive advantage. The key talent is the basement of competitive advantage. A strategic compensation system should follow the corporate strategy to design the compensation system which can attract, Retain and develop the key talent who own the competitive competency which is the basement of corporate competitive advantage. The content of this thesis is divided into three parts:The first part is an introduction for latest strategic theory—resource theory which is the foundation for building strategic compensation system. This introduction also includes the milestones of LUENTHAI Group and its reform plan.The second part is about basic compensation theory included traditional Compensation and strategic HRM frame and strategic compensation. This part also describe the model of strategic Compensation and how it push the corporate strategy. This part include chapter2, 3, 4, 5, 6.The third part is the analysis of process of building Luenthai footwear Strategic compensation system. This strategic compensation system play the key role in this process of reform. This part include chapter7, 8, 9, 10.This article combine the theory and real situation case to try to disclose how design strategic compensation and how strategic compensation help and push to accomplish corporate strategy.
