Based on the problem, The paper adopts the study methods of document, research and case analysis. From the point of human nature, the paper investigates the problem of knowledge staffs's career management in small and medium-sized IT enterprises, mainly analyzes its unique character of those employees, and provides an overall and creative career management. The purpose of the paper is to explore an effective career management suiting China and Chinese small and medium-sized IT enterprises and to benefit these enterprises in making and practicing career management policies.The paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, providing the problem, defining some related terms, describing the present research in and out of China, and covering the main content and study methods. The second chapter summarizes the related theories of organizational career management. The following chapter is set in the company where the writer works, and according to the analysis of the enterprise and is knowledge staffs, the chapter finds it essential to manage the knowledgeable employees' career in Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises.
