The paper examined the practices of ZhanJiang HaoSheng Trade Corporation. Based on enterprise management models and related theories, I made some research on its development strategy.China's entry into the WTO, the policy of business, poor adjustment ability, improper orientation and the lack of development strategy, all these factors make most of small enterprises hard to develop further. The paper analyzed the development of HaoSheng, and offered a set of development strategy. Due to these strategies, HaoSheng would adapt to the market, use internal resources better, and take the opportunity to develop further.The paper will first introduce the backgrounds of the research and the company. Then, Macro-environment and Michael Porter's "5 Competing Ability" Model analysis for the company's extra environment and strategy executive ability & basic value chain analysis for the internal environment and their conclusions. And use SWOT Tools to analyze the company's overall strategies and offer some suggestions for its execution of development strategy.And through the research for HaoSheng and some successful experiences and theories of international and home firms, offer some respective to view the development of small international trade firms.
