Study On The International Trade Financing Problems Of A Corporation

With the continuous progress of economic globalization, The international trade finance business of our country is developing largely. During the course of international trade, China’s medium-sized and small enterprises get more and more involved in international trade finance business. Although China’s small and medium enterprises, as an larger group, has played an important role in our national economy with the more rapid development, yet the group is facing a long-term trade financing problem. In addition to their own factors, The reason for this problem include the macroeconomic environment, national policies and financial market conditions and other aspects. As a big trading country, China needs to deal with trade financing problem of medium-sized and small enterprises as soon as possible, alleviate the burden on international trade finance of enterprises, and to promote the healthy development of the national economy.This paper takes a medium-sized and small enterprise named A CORPORATION, from domestic aquaculture industry, as a research instance. On the basis of analysis of international trade finance theory and practice at home and abroad, it considers the international trade financing problems caused by the enterprise as the starting point, and makes accurate analysis of the root of the international trade financing problems caused by the enterprise, which is discussed from three aspects, such as the behavior of enterprises, government action and market behavior. Finally, it offers more feasible suggestions to solve the international trade financing problems.
