Pretreatment business is an assistant industry of the national economy, it is the necessary technics for many manufacturing. According to China's economy soar, China is be called the world's manufacturing works. The China's advanced pretreatment technicals had got rapid progress after it into China thirty years.In this paper, first I introduced Chemetall (Shanghai)Co., Ltd.and it's products, and then analyzed the external competitive environment that company faced. After that, I analyzed the company's internal competitive environment. Base on the analysis of internal and external business environment, I give some suggestion for the company's business development strategy in the fucture.
