The economic globalization of the world is internationalizing the Chinese domestic competition. Under such circumstance, Chinese enterprises can only obtain their sustained survival and development in sever competition on condition that they strive to increase their ability of management constantly. The core element of enterprises'sustained development is how to balance company's objective and employees'personal development. To attract, retain the talents and develop their creativity and initiative to the best comes as the base of successful enterprises.As a means of human resource management, performance management ensures strongly the fulfillment of this objective. Recently, performance management has been applying increasingly in practice by enterprises. Though attaching more and more importance on it, enterprises find it is far from being satisfied. They are at a loss to discover a better method and mode to complete it. So it is of importance to study the application of performance management in enterprises'operation from the angle of theory and practice. This thesis, aiming at F Branch of Chongqing Mobile Communication Co., Ltd.. as study objective, focuses on the study of F Branch of Chongqing Mobile Communication Co., Ltd. performance management. The purpose of this thesis is to design one suitable performance management system for F Branch of Chongqing Mobile Communication Co., Ltd.. so as to the enterprises can operate efficiently.At the beginning, this thesis introduces content, objective and meaning of study. The second part discusses theory of performance management: its appearance, development and essential; propose that performance management is a sub-system in enterprises management; analyze the study method of performance management; put forward that system theory, theory of motivation, control system, management by objective theory are the basic theory of performance management.In part three, the thesis analyzes the current situation of F Branch of Chongqing Mobile Communication Co., Ltd. performance management, and point out that the lack of a set of scientific, complete performance management system generates the problems.Part four remolds performance management. Based on management by objective and reality of the company, this thesis remolds the old performance management system from the aspects of performance planning, performance fulfilling, performance evaluating, performance reflecting and applying. Part five demonstrates the validity of new performance management system by discussing its advantage, obstacle in operation and resolution.This thesis targets to provide efficient method of performance management not only for F Branch of Chongqing Mobile Communication Co., Ltd., but also for those middle and small-sized estate companies.
