And then describe traditional culture of credit and its function. In Chapter three, researching Shanghai native bank credit. Firstly I simply introduce Shanghai native bank, then analyze why it paid attention to credit, give emphasis to where expressed credit, lastly describe Shanghai native bank credit's effect. Chapter four is suggestions to the private finance credit learnt from Shanghai native bank credit. I analyze the private finance credit and its problem, put up some suggestions on building credit of private finance, especially from Shanghai native bank. The end is the conclusion of this study, credit system need establish, it is necessary to research on Shanghai native bank's credit, this can help improve the private finance's credit.
