Research On The Relationship Between Exchange Shop And Native Bank From Symbiotic Perspective

China's financial system has gradually matured at present.Financial institutions on the type and quantity are increasing,formed by commercial Banks as the main body and various financial institutions co-existing and collaborating.Financial institutions are in the fierce competition.Different commercial Banks have significant disparity in size and homogenization of products.Commercial Banks are lack of cooperation and faced with the challenge of foreign Banks and Internet financial.In the history of the Chinese traditional financial institutions have exchange shop and native bank.Native bank play the role of currency exchange and exchange shop operating different business.Exchange shop and native bank coexistence in one hundred and both into contact.Scholars have done lots of work of native bank and Bank,but the research on the relationship between exchange shop and native bank is a little.This paper studies the relationship between exchange shop and native bank based on the symbiotic perspective.The term symbiosis comes from biology and refers to the different species live together.Scholars introduced symbiosis theory to sociology,management,economics...Financial institutions conduct credit creation and financial services,so they are in various kinds of symbiotic relationships.Exchange shop and native bank formed symbiotic relationships in business and capital formation.This paper also analyzes the influence factors of exchange shop and native bank,including political,legal,economic and cultural environment.This paper argues that exchange shop and native bank are both in competition and cooperation.Their cooperation's profits distributed imbalance.They have limited cooperation and have a hard time get through the financial crisis.Through the study of symbiotic relationships between exchange shop and native bank,we can draw inspiration: financial institutions should be cooperation in the competition.Cooperation can be complementary advantages,both profit and enhance the overall competitiveness.
