Qingdao City Traffic Intensive Development Strategy Research

It is needed urgently to develop the modernization intensive transportation during the development of economic society and the transportation, with huge economic and social efficiency, far-reaching influence and great significance.Overviewing the transportation development process of foreign country especialy the developed,it is similar to pursue to establish the goal which adapting the economic society development and coordinating various transportation means, though the national situation, the choosen path and the taken measures in each country differ.Based on researching overseas especially developed country comprehensive transport system development process,the general rule and the trend of development and analysising objectively Qingdao transpaortation level of development,existence questions and influencing factors, this paper proposed the main frame,the goal and the measures of Qingdao transportation intensification development.This paper pointed out that realizing the transportation intensification development should realize each kind of mode intensive developmnet and comprehensive utilization and make the transportation resources obtain reasonable, effective and the most superior disposition in the national economy and each transport mode, and satisfy the economic society to develop, the socialism new rural reconstruction and the people safe convenient journey request fully. by the lowest social cost, under the general object which is the transportation overall efficiency to be highest, the benefit to be best.This paper stressed that developing intensification transportation must synthesize plans each kind of transport mode the entire distribution and take the science and technology and the informationization development the transportation progressive enormous influence and strengthen the transportation capital construction, the comprehensive transport domain environmental protection and saving energy and reducing discharge and reform the transportation development investment and financing systems.Finally, this paper proposed the intensification development target. which is constructing modernization highway network, completing the harbor production and the shipping services structure, constructing railway transportation relay system, making domestic gateway aviation key position, establishing transports the market regulation services structure, constructing the countryside public transport network, completing the three-dimensional urban public tranport services structure, and making the modern logistics new pattern.
