The development of economy mainly rely on the real estate industrial development,and the land resources are the basic of real estate development, consequently, whetherthe land resources are developed and used suitably or reasonably will directly influencethe urban development. Intensity utilization of urban land is the critical index to reflectthe land resources utilization, so lots of scholars are trying to research that how couldmore objectively and legitimately measure the land intensive utilization during theseyears, furthermore, finding out better and more concretely methods to plan the landresources, by which, so that can yield the greatest returns to some extent.DPSIR Model is new system of evaluation which was introduced in2003. DPSIRModel was firstly used to research the environment and sustainable development, itpresents the natural system and concludes Driving forces, Pressure, State, Impact andResponses, each type contains several indicators. For now, it’s a new attempt to useDPSIR to study and analysis the land resources utilization. The DPSIR Model reflectsthe relationship between land intensive utilization and environment while measures theland resources utilization, which highlights the sustainable development conception.The paper applied DPSIR Model, from the angle of the land resources utilization(taking Qingdao construction land for example) and acquired kind of data from stats-qd,by Z-Score to standardized treatment and PCA (principal component analysis) Theory(by SPSS soft) to process, analysis and achieve the integration score of Qingdaoconstruction land intensive utilization during2006to2010. Then, to work out theproblem of the situation from the microscopic point of view, and to offer a proposal toimprove.
