Crop mutual insurance is a new pattern agricultural insurance in China.Recently, People share the common view that crop mutual insurance needs the support of the government.It is prevalently believed that the high risk in the producing process of agriculture,adverse selection and moral hazard result in the failure of crop insurance market.This paper,mainly from the view of academic analysis,deeply researches the new crop insurance organizational style,with the purpose of putting forward the plans and countermeasures of developing crop mutual insurance,which is suitable to the situations of our country,and further builds the insurance premium allocation model on the basis of cooperation game theory.The paper,firstly puts forward the definition, the necessity and the factors of the crop mutual insurance,and also compares the systems of crop mutual insurance in western countries such as the U.S.and Japan,in order to make full use of these experiences.Then it further analyzes and summarizes the developing history and status of crop mutual insurance in our country,and deeply analyzes the existing problems of our country's crop mutual insurance.Based on these above,some advices and suggestions about crop mutual insurance are put forward. The paper mainly applies the Shapley-method andτ-method to build the mathematic model of allocating premium,and illuminates the applications with some examples. The research result illuminates that cooperation game theory is a suitable analysis method for solving the allocation of crop mutual insurance.The two above methods not only have academic basis,but also have good rationality and feasibility,and are suitable for the allocation of premium for the crop mutual insurance organization.
