Tong Zhuanghe Navel Orange Production And Marketing Professional Cooperatives, Investigation And Analysis

Since the 1980s,China has established family contracting responsibility system,and the peasants accessed to the production autonomy.The system greatly promoted the development of agricultural production.However,while the prosperity of market-oriented agriculture,this workshop-style production has been unable to meet the development needs of the agriculture.The emergence of the agricultural cooperative provided an opportunity to resolve the conflict.By the end of 2005,the total number of the agricultural cooperative was 150000.After on-the-spot inspection,analysis and analyzing of the problem,the paper made recommendations of improving the system of the agricultural cooperative.This paper is composed of four components.First,the reason,purpose,scope and methods usde in the survey.I believe that the cooperative system is of great realistic significance to China:First,it can help to promote industrialized level of agriculture.And the second is to increase the income of the peasants.And the third is to improve the technological content of agriculture.and it also can promote rural political civilization and build harmonious community.The cooperative systems itself has broad connotations, The scope of investigation which has been selected as prominent issues include five aspects.First,the seting up,organization,function,financing and the support from the government of the Tongzhuanghe Cooperatives.the methods used in the survey include:questionnaire,interviews and written surveys.Second,the fundamental condition of the Tongzhuanghe Cooperatives.the materials is.divided five areas:the overview,governance structure,functions, financing conditions and the government's support to the Tongzhuanghe Cooperatives.the part made use of mathematical methods and statistical classification to straighten out ideas for summarizing the issues.Third,the specific analysis of the Tongzhuanghe Cooperatives.I hold that the system of the Tongzhuanghe Cooperatives exist some shortcomings:First, there were a number of inadequate governance structure,which includ:the property rights is scanty of incentive and restraint mechanism;the absence of the functions of the governance;the financing difficulties;the absence of assistance from the government;the lack of dear support institutions and operational procedures;the short-term policies and so on.Fourth,the perfection of the cooperatives legislative.the suggestions cover four aspects:First,relaxing restrictings of membership;reconstruction of the governance structure of cooperatives;making clear and definit supporting regulations;recognized the principle of caring for community affairs.
