Guizhou Rural Tourism Development Mode

In recent years, rural tourism of Guizhou province has flourished. In their development process, the conflict between the interests is highlighted. Papers apply the game theory methods in point of view of the supply side of rural tourism market, analyze the profit of the main interests of the supply side in order to seek the optimal strategy of cooperation of the interests and achieve their respective goals.In the exploration stage of rural tourism, economic level where the seat of the rural tourism resources are is limited, so this stage must take the Government-led model of development. The development of a one-step place or step-by-step development depends on the success rate of market development.In the stage of the participation of rural tourism, farmers gradually realized the value of tourism resources in the community, so farmers go through the process which is from non-cooperation to cooperation, so it forms the organization- the villagers Tourist Association which farmers participate in consciously.In the development stage of rural tourism, tourism enterprises involve in tourism action in the village. Whether Government or collective village transfers rural tourism resources to tourism enterprises or not depend on the Government's cost-benefit analysis. In addition, at this stage the villagers and tourism enterprises become the main contradiction body in the interests of the game.In the mature stage of development of rural tourism, joint-stock cooperative system becomes a more perfect model. In this mode, the parties can return because of the management of science.Papers start with the status of rural tourism in Guizhou province and divide it into four phases which is exploration, participation, development and mature. Then we analyze the empirical examples of all stages. The tourist of Pingba Peach Blossom Village which is at exploration stage wants the Government to support for it. The mode of co-operation is used in Langde which is in the southeast of Guizhou province. At this stage the example of the transfer in Guizhou province is a failure, but we can learn a lesson from this example in order to provide references for the transfer of rural tourism. This joint-stock cooperation system of the excellent example is development model of Tunpu of Tianlong in Guizhou province.
