Development Research Of Rural Tourism Cooperative

Development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism was stressed on the Central First Policy Document of 2016,which brought new chance for new country construction and increase of farmer income.Meanwhile,it pointed out that government will help farmers do leisure tourism cooperative,which indicate farmers how to participate in rural tourism business.Of rural tourism development,local farmer and government should be the most beneficiary refer to their unique resources.They still need to link theory with practice within guidance of government,so that they could summarize developing norms of rural tourism cooperative and explore the most suitable operating method of it in order to maximize benefits.In 2011,the government of Shizhu county guide local farmers to set up the first farmers cooperative of Xinan Area specialize in rural tourism-Huang Shui Ren Jia,which has got remarkable achievement with five-year development but still existed many factors that restrict its development.This paper do a research to Shizhu rural tourism cooperative in many ways,like document consulting,field research,statistic analysis and comparison,to describe the construction background,developing history,organization and significance of Shizhu rural tourism cooperative,introduce the management mechanism of the cooperative and summarize the achievement it got.After that,they could find the biggest restrict factors of the cooperative development and come up with counter plan.Rural tourism cooperative.as a new pattern for farmer's cooperative,has popularized by Central Government at present.All local governments and farmers should adjust measures to local conditions when they do construction of the cooperative,and to realize that rural tourism drive area economic growth and county construction,in final,to increase the farmer income.
