Economy globalization has offered wonderful opportunities for the rapid Chinese economic development, Chinese enterprises are facing the austere international challenges. Entry into 21st century, China has changed its economic policy, and managed to change the world center of manufacturing into the technical innovation. A lot of Chinese enterprises are aspiring to establish brand. Every walk of life is facing the unprecedented competition in China . Needless to say, the designing markets of offering intelligence services, they are terribly competitive. Changzhou TK business designing office, as a small advertising company has been founded five years ago, wants to find its marketing share in a competitive circumstances ,they have to consider the situation, devise the developing stratagem, ensure its marketing orientation, analyse the marketing situation closely, and figure out the efficient and flexible marketing policies, seize upon the wonderful opportunity of Changzhou city region development. To be a famous excellent designing office as soon as possible, they have to acquire the superiority in the industry, so that they can contribute to Changzhou economy.Analysing the domestic brand designing industry and the SWOT of the TK designing office in Changzhou, the writer of this paper has summed up the superiority, inferior position, opportunities and threats, put forward not only the marketing policy and programming but also a series of marketing strategy for the TK brand designing office. That is, concentration marketing, cyber-marketing, brand marketing , marketing learning and specific marketing policies.
